Download hw4.xls from IELM313 course website. The file includes the outputs from the simulation of 5 alternative system designs. Assume that the variances are not equal.

If System design 1 is the current system design, construct confidence intervals for all comparisons to design 1 such that the overall confidence level is 90%.

2.
Conduct subset selection procedures to select the system design with the largest mean on all 5 designs by setting the error tolerance as 0 and 1 with a confidence level 95%.
